September 9th, 2026, Byron Center, MI - The Byron Center Bulldogs got their 10th victory of the season tonight beating conference and regional opponent Mona Shores 9-1. “We did exactly what we were hoping to do going into the match”, said BC head coach Andy Ely. “We knew a couple matches would be closer that others so we set forth a game plan to help coach those flights a bit more.” Aside from winning this important match, Brayden Slot became the winningest player in Byron Center tennis history (boys or girls) by beating his opponent at 1st doubles 6-0 6-0 (with his brother Brody as his partner). Congratulations to Brayden!! BC is now 10-0-1 on the season with an upcoming home quad on Saturday starting at 9am. BC will take on East Lansing, Grandville, and Petoskey.
